The only restriction is that you are only allowed to load these files on your personal PC or desktop (if you own both a desktop and a laptop it is OK to load the files on both). The How To Videos will walk you through creating a simple web page using only NOTEPAD (text tool built into windows), and will also show you how to register a domain name for less then $20 a year. and then use FTP to upload the web pages you created using Notepad to a hosting service associated with the domain name (at no additional cost and no ads or banners).
